This is an intimate experience - being outdoors in the woods, by a fire and cooking and sharing food brings people closer together. Cooking over fire is the simplest expression of cooking where flavour is king and time slips away. Understanding the life cycle of heat is the key to cooking over fire, with a few basic skills and very little equipment learn to cook a tasty meal over your own campfire. Use the indirect and direct heat as well as cooking in the embers, all skills that can be used on any home BBQ.
