Your luxury limousine will arrive at your booked pick up point at least 30 mins before the booked time. Your chauffeur will then clean the car and prepare it for your pick up. Eg. Place the chilled water or Champagne ready for you. Your white glove chauffeur will then either come and introduce themselves or await your phone call, dependant on what service you have booked. They will carry all your language for you, escort you under an umbrella if needed. Once they have settled you in the limo, they will offer you cooling towels and mints. They will then offer you open your water or open your champagne for you. Finally they will advise you of the features of the limo. Eg. heated/cooling seats, privacy blinds, massage seats. They will now set off to your booked destination and check on your well being thought the journey. Arriving at your destination, they will aid you from the limo to your entrance door, hotel lobby etc. Again if it’s raining they will shelter you with an umbrella. Finally they will bring your language to you.
