Itinerary

We will start the day with Qi-Gong inspired movements and a hike through the forest to clear the mind before stopping for a feel-good yoga flow. Our walk will lead us through wide-open fields with panoramic views to a remote part of the forest with no artificial noise to experience Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing, consciously connecting with what’s around you using all your senses.

The trip takes about 4 hours, but it could be shorter or longer depending on the group.

Surprisingly, the weather is mostly all right, but of course, we will cancel the event if it’s very windy and rainy. You will get a full refund if the event is cancelled.
