• Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Port. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
• Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
• For Airport pickups : Request your pickup time after 60, 90, 120 minutes from flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. We are offering 30 minutes free waiting time from the pre- requested pickup time. Driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup time according to landing time.
• If you can not locate your driver at the meeting point, you must contact our customer service line or Viator.
