The Cotswolds cycle tour usually starts and ends here but whatever is the given start point will be made known to you when you book and we only start Cotswolds tours at a train station where we can transport the bikes to start from and finish at

- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- The tour does not include any meals or drinks. Due to licensing laws about the use of electric bicycles, participants must be aged 14+ and at least 5 fee (1.52m) high. We do however have one tandem bike to seat one child only aged under 14. The tandem bike is however subject to availability and this child must be approximately at least 4 feet (1.2metres) high
- Day 1 meets in Oxford city. Meeting OUTSIDE Oxford visitor info centre, 15 Broad street, Oxford, OX1 3AS.
- Day 2 Cotswolds ebike tour starts & ends at Kingham train station, which can easily be reached by train.
- POLICY FOR BAD WEATHER:
- Unfortunately, we can never predict the weather in the UK, even from hour to hour. However, if the weather forecast does look awful, you have the option to request us to give us advance notice of more than 24 hours to either reschedule the date for cycle tour or alternatively we can replace the cycle tour with walking tour and a visit in Oxford to Christchurch college Harry Potter film site (presuming Christchurch is not closed) and option to replace Cotswolds cycle tour with a visit to Blenheim palace or to request a refund

- In Cotswolds, we provide either standard or electric bikes. In Oxford, we use standard bikes only
- On cycle tours- we provide high visibility vests & helmets. Please bring shades for safety cycling!
Not Included
- The tour does not include any meals or drinks but the tours do stop at cafe/pub for lunch/drinks
- Children must be at least 16 years old due to licensing rules. Bikes will fit anyone over 1.4m high
- Cycle tours, you’ll need to use public transport cost of c £5 to get to our meet point in Cotswolds
