You will discover scenic Cotswold life and historic locations within the Cotswolds, wherever possible avoiding the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist hotspots.
We will visit ancient local churches, small Cotswold market towns, independent Cotswolds shops offering locally made and high quality products, enjoy lunch in a village pub and take walks through scenic Cotswolds villages.
If you wish to do so, we will stop mid morning for a coffee and cake break somewhere lovely. The cost for this in included in your tour package.
Halfway through your day, we will stop at a country pub for our lunch. To enable you to choose whatever you fancy from the menu, the payment for this is not included in your tour package.

Stop At: Burford, Burford, Cotswolds, England
We begin our tour at Burford, the ancient market town and gateway to the Cotswolds. We spend a happy hour here exploring the main high st and popping into the historic church. Hoping to stop for coffee and cake if time allows.

Stop At: Filkins, Lechlade GL7, UK
We stop here to pass through this beautiful quintessential village. We stop to visit the tiny village museum, showing traditional Cotswold life here, and move on to the fabulous Cotswold Woollen Weavers shops and barn. This place sells wonderful quality Cotswold made products, perfect to take home for your family, or just keep for yourselves! There are lots of historic items here to look at, explaining the history of the Cotswolds and the historic importance of the sheep farming and weaving industry.

Stop At: Eastleach, Eastleach, Gloucestershire, England
Lunchtime! We stop for lunch at the most stunning pub in the Cotswolds I could find for you! Its quiet, yet popular with those in the know. A good lunch to be had here.
After lunch we take a stroll around the village, I recount some local tales (which may or may not be true!) and we take in this peaceful little’s village’s history. The churches here are so stunning. I can’t wait to show you!

Stop At: Woodstock, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England
Lovely historic Woodstock, is a pretty little town, which adjoins the famous Blenheim Palace where Sir Winston Churchill was born. The town is interesting to explore on foot, taking in all of its little tea-rooms and independent shops.
