• Waiting times: The estimated time to go thru customs and collect your luggage normally takes between 45 and 90 minutes depending of the time of the day, so for European flights the driver will go inside the terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed and wait another 45 minutes. Flights from outside of Europe, the driver will go inside the terminal 55 minutes after the flight has landed and wait another 50 minutes. After the allocated waiting time the transfer will be reported as a no-show.
