Please Note:
A printed copy of this ticket will be required, along with the Westminster Boarding pass (per person), which will be emailed to you in December. Please bring this with you – otherwise police and security will not allow you through the restricted areas around Westminster.
Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to make your way to the pier.
Cancellations up to 1st December 2023. After this date, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Children under 12 are not permitted on this cruise.
Not suitable for wheelchairs.
No refunds for those who arrive late and miss the boat.
No food or drink to be taken on to the vessel.

Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessel.
We will do our best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks. However, due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night, although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot.
Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on the Transport for London website before you travel.
