The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 45 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal)
The driver will then wait a further 45 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. that is a total of 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If the waiting time at the terminal exceeds 90 minutes from the flight arrival time, an additional charge will apply £ 10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges, but there might be a slight delay with the driver going into the terminal once your flight land as driver schedules may have to be changed.
