Stop At: Cotswolds, Cotswolds, England
We will leave London at 8 am and head to the Cotswolds area where we will visit idyllic villages with name you will always remember like, Upper and Lower Slaughter, The Swells, Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford, along with bustling market towns with names like, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wolds and Broadway.We will also drive through some of the nicest countryside in the UK.
Some of these villages and towns have hardly changed very much over the past 500 years.
The history of the Cotswolds goes back around 2,000 years to when the Romans were here farming sheep.
With country pubs and tea rooms galore the hardest part of the day will be deciding where to stop for lunch.
There are also some wonderful gardens to visit in the Cotswolds that can be included in the day. Entrance fees are not included.
