  • Winter Operating Schedule (until 28th February 2025):
  • Red Route – first tour at 8.45am, last full tour at 5:30pm, frequency is every 15 minutes. Full loop duration – 150 minutes
  • Green Route Shuttle: first bus at 9:20am, last bus at 3:50pm. Buses run every 30 minutes. Duration – 80 minutes
  • Blue Route – first tour at 8:50am, last full tour at 4:50pm from Stop 17. Duration – 60 minutes. Frequency is every 20 – 30 minutes
  • Customers can start their tour at any of the stops along the routes. Stop 1 on the Red Route and Green Shuttle Service is Belvedere Road
  • Stop 10 Horseferry Road is closed until further notice
  • Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am – 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards
  • The Blue Route features a Kid’s Commentary
  • Please note, Stop 14 Grosvenor Gardens will be out of service until further notice
  • River Cruise (if ticket is selected): The 24-Hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. The 48-Hour ticket includes a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departures every 40 minutes. Duration: approx. 35 mins
  • River Cruise (if ticket is selected): 24-Hour ticket – First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure from Tower Pier: 6:55pm. Last departure from Westminster Pier: 7:20pm
  • River Cruise (if ticket is selected): 48-Hour ticket – First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am. Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 4pm (no return). Last departure from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 5:50pm
  • Please note, Stops 40 (Waterloo Road), 41 (Old Vic) and 52 (Lambeth North Station) on the Green Route are closed until further notice
  • Routemaster bus (included in the 48-hour ticket only): Heading east, buses depart from Stop R on Haymarket. Departures every 30 minutes from 9:30am – 5pm. Heading west, buses depart from Stop TD, Tower Gateway Station every 30 minutes from 10:30am – 6pm
  • Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • Due to ongoing roadworks in the Euston Station area, Stops 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 are unavailable until further notice. The nearest alternative pick-up point is Stop 49 (City Sightseeing London Shop) Southampton Row

    City Sightseeing London – Red Route

    Schedule:
    Red Route- first tour at 8.45am, last full tour at 5:30pm, frequency is every 15 minutes.

    Stops:

    • Stop here for the London Eye, SeaLife Aquarium, Jubilee Park, Waterloo Station, Westminster Bridge and the River Thames. You can cross the bridge to Parliament side to take the free river cruise.
    • Stop here for the Savoy Hotel, London Transport Museum, Covent Garden, Somerset House and the Strand
    • Stop here for St Paul’s Cathedral Millennium Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge all within a short walking distance
    • Stop is near HSBC. Stop here for St Mary-Le-Bow Church
    • Just north of London Bridge. Stop here for London Bridge, Monument to the Great Fire of London and Sky Garden
    • Stop is to the left of Potters Fields Park. Stop here for the Shard, HMS Belfast, The London Bridge Experience and Potters Field Park for views of the London skyline and Tower Bridge
    • Tower Hill (by the Building Worker bronze statue) – stop here for Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St Katherine Docks and Tower Pier for your free river cruise to Westminster Pier (if option selected)
    • Stop is outside Temple Station on Victoria Embankment. Stop here for Victoria Embankment along the Thames with views of Waterloo Bridge, National Theatre and the Oxo Tower, Kings College London also a short walk away.
    • Westminster Bridge – Free River Cruise stop – stop is in front of Westminster Pier where you can take your free river cruise to Tower Pier. Stop here for Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall and Downing Street and Churchill War Rooms
    • Horseferry Road at the junction of Thorney Street – Millbank Stop NE. Stop here for MI5 Building and Tate Britain a short walk away.
    • Stop is opposite The Queen’s Gallery on Buckingham Gate. Stop here for Buckingham Palace, The Queen’s Gallery, The Royal Mews, Victoria Memorial and St James’ Park
    • Buckingham Palace Road – Stop is outside the Grosvenor/Clermont hotel. Stop here for Victoria Station.
    • Stop is outside Victoria Station towards Eccleston Street
    • Hyde Park – Queen Elizabeth Gate – to the right of Achilles Statue
    • Marble Arch / Speaker’s Corner – stop here for Marble Arch, Oxford Street shopping and Hyde Park
    • Marble Arch – Stop is outside the Bob Forstner showroom. Stop here for Marble Arch, Grosvenor Square and Oxford Street
    • Stop is outside Tiger Tiger bar/restaurant. Stop here for Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and the West End
    • Pall Mall East, stop is to the left of the entrance to the National Portrait Gallery. Stop here for Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Admiralty Arch, The Mall and St James’ Park
    • Westminster Bridge South – London Eye side in front of the Marriott hotel. Stop here for the London Eye, SeaLife Aquarium, Westminster Bridge and the River Thames. You can cross the bridge to Parliament side to take the free river cruise.
