    Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time to meet your guide and gear up.

    What to bring:
    Pair of trainers you don’t mind getting wet
    Swim wear to use underneath wetsuit
    No cotton clothing to be worn as these items of clothing will hold water and may accelerate chances of hypothermia
    Suitable top (non-cotton) and jacket to wear over wetsuit
    Towel, spare clothes and shoes for after activity
    Water (500 ml approximately)
