2. If your flight and hotel details are missing you will receive an email from Gateway Tours UK requesting these details. It is essential that you complete the missing information. Upon arrival at the Airport please go to the meeting point (Costa Coffee) in the arrivals hall to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with the Gateway Tours UK logo on it. You must call Gateway Tours UK if you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point.
