With so many iconic locations and attractions, London is a real hub of British history and culture, and the aim of this tour is to ensure that you and your children don’t miss a single one of them.
You and the rest of the group will meet up in the City of Westminster, and from their you will begin your walk to discover some of London’s most famous locations.
Your group will contain a maximum of 12 people, and the tour is designed to satisfy the requirements of families with children, making sure that they learn as well as enjoy themselves.
One highlight of the tour is the breathtaking Gothic-style architecture of Westminster Abbey, one of the UK’s most important religious buildings and a UNESCO world heritage site. This has been the venue for the coronation of almost every British monarch in history, and often for their funerals as well.

Stop At: Houses of Parliament, Parliament Square, London SW1A 0AA England
Just across the road, you will be able to admire the Palace of Westminster, perhaps more commonly known as the Houses of Parliament, the home of British democracy. And just a stone’s throw away is the unmistakable sight of Big Ben, one of the most recognizable landmarks in London, if not the world.
Your guide will keep you and your children entertained along the way, telling stories and anecdotes, and a range of activities for people of all ages will help you discover the history of London while having fun at the same time!

As you walk along Whitehall you can admire a series of important monuments and buildings before you reach Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of the British Monarch. If it is scheduled on the day of your visit, and weather permitting, you may witness the spectacle of the Changing of the Guard, one of the oldest and most famous ceremonies associated with Buckingham Palace, in which the New Guard exchanges duty with and replaces the Old Guard.

You will complete your tour by taking the “Tube” (the London Underground) or a characteristic double decker bus to the City of London.
Here you will be able to admire such spectacular and iconic landmarks as St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge, as well as the ruins of the London Roman Wall.
So, keep your camera at the ready, there will be no shortage of fantastic photo opportunities, and make sure you wear comfortable shoes for your three-hour walking tour!
