Or, maybe you have been designing for some time and need a refresher on design theory and mechanics. Or, perhaps you would like to “test the waters” and see if a career as a floral designer is something you would like to pursue.
If so, then this is the perfect workshop for you!
The workshop begins with a review of flower care and handling. You will learn about floral care and the preparation of flowers, including special conditioning requirements.
Then we will design flowers in a vase. Our tutors will lead you step-by-step in the creation of a beautiful arrangement. We will show all the different mechanics, and at the end of the lesson, you will understand which is the best for any occasion. We will lead you through the placement of foliage, focal flowers and filler flowers to create a dramatic design.
