Taste Of Edinburgh Food Tour With All Food & Drinks Included

Meeting at St Giles Cathedral for 1pm, emerse yourself in the charm and vibrant atmosphere of Edinburghs Old Town. This 4 hour food tours sees us dine at the closest restaurant to Edinburgh Castle where we take in spectacular views of the castle itself as we enjoy our first course. This tour incorporates a three course meal at various stops plus a stop at the local cheese mongers and of course it wouldn’t be right not to sample a wee dram or two along the way as we chat to a local whiskey and gin expert (alternatives available). All food and alcoholic drinks are included on this tour. Non alcoholic alternatives are also available.

Pass through Castlehill on our way to our third restaurant.

– Cannonball on CastleHill for traditional Haggis or locally caught trout with wine pairing (alternative options available) Then it’s on to our main course where we sample bang in season and local produce.

– Mellis Cheesemongers in Victoria Street to sample local cheese, scotch eggs and other delicious local produce

– The Whiskey Trail on The Royal Mile to chat to our local expert about the age old method of distilling of whisky and gin. It’s here that we sample around three of your choice.

– Arcade on Cockburn Street to finish off our afternoon by taking our last course, dessert! It’s here that you choose a dessert along with wine or beer to accompany (we recommend the Scottish favourite, Cranachan)
