Stop At: Ireland’s Eye Ferries, Howth Ireland

Throughout our journey, Ireland’s Eye is never far from sight. It’s magnificent structure dominates the views from across this ancient Village. Along the route you will hear the tales of Ireland’s Eye’s ancient and more recent past.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Howth Head, Howth Ireland

We spend time strolling around the ancient village of Howth and walk up to the famous Howth head cliffs.

Stop At: Howth Lighthouse East Pier, Howth Ireland

As we stroll across the harbour, we take in views of Howth Lighthouse and chat about the famous ‘Gun Running of Howth’, that took place here in 1914

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: St. Mary’s Parish, 83 Howth Road, Howth Ireland

We walk through this historic abbey (first built in 1042), by King Sitric – an old Viking king in Dublin.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Howth Martello Tower, Martello Tower, Howth Ireland

We visit the grounds of the Tower (built in 1803 to defend against Napoleon), to take in the panoramic views that this key location provides of Howth and hear of it’s historic importance.
