The bay is also home to Grey Herons, Oyster Catchers, Guillemots, Cormorants, Curlews, Great Black Gulls, Great Northern Divers, Mallard Ducks and Black-headed Gulls.
Spot the shy otters’ hide outs and if you’re lucky you might even catch a glimpse of these playful marine mammals. Other sea mammals that are sometimes seen on the Ballinakill Harbour tour are dolphins and porpoises.
