Castle Hill is part of the South Down National Park, with free-grazing sheep, cows, many butterflies and a forest. The bottoms of the valleys feel entirely isolated, and there are brilliant views of the sea and rolling hills from up high.

Itinerary

We will meet at 10 AM at The Downs Hotel and start the day with Qi-Gong to clear the mind before heading for a scenic stroll through rolling hills, remote valleys, and an adorable little forest. We will stop for a beginner-friendly yoga session and experience nature with all our senses.

The term “Shinrin-Yoku” means taking in the forest atmosphere. It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what’s around you. The practise reduces stress, improves memory, and offers a calm and peaceful clarity. We combine this with Qi-Gong and a beginner-friendly feel-good yoga flow.

Tipp: The Downs Hotel is a restaurant/pub. It opens at 9 AM, so if you arrive earlier, you can start your day with breakfast or have lunch afterwards.
